What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use trusted couriers such as DHL, G4S for all orders outside the Nairobi Metropolitan area. Within Nairobi, we use reliable services like Uber ensuring swift and secure delivery to your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi:
Within 2 hours (when the order is made between 8am – 5pm)
Next day delivery (when the order is made after 4pm)
Other parts of Kenya: 1–3 working days
East African Community: 3–7 working days, depending on the destination
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are location dependent:
Within Nairobi: KES 300–1,500
Outside Nairobi / International: Calculated at checkout based on distance and courier rates
Can I track my item?
Yes. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your tracking number. Our concierge desk is also available to provide real-time updates and personalized assistance.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently deliver across Kenya and to the following countries within the East African Community (EAC): Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
For international orders outside this region, please contact us for bespoke shipping arrangements.

What is your online returns policy?
Due to the limited and perishable nature of our curated collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
