Vilmart & Cie (Champagne)
Founded in 1890 in the heart of Rilly-la-Montagne, this Premier Cru house has been a beacon of family craftsmanship. The terroir is cultivated with care, no chemical fertilisers, no herbicides, and only manual harvests from vines as old as 60 years.
The wines are vinified in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation, preserving purity and structure. Vilmart is not just a Champagne, it’s a statement of sustainable excellence and artisanal mastery.

Duca di Dolle
Duca di Dolle produces handcrafted Prosecco Superiore from 70-year-old vines in the UNESCO hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. Every step from pruning to harvest is done in-house, by hand.
Ferghettina (Franciacorta)
Ferghettina was born in 1990 from the vision and deep-rooted knowledge of Roberto Gatti, a lifelong winegrower shaped by the vineyards of Franciacorta. With decades of hands-on experience, he built the winery from the ground up producing his first brut in 1991, a cuvée that remains at the heart of the estate today.
From organic certification to meticulous manual harvesting, Ferghettina is a celebration of craft, terroir, and quiet mastery.
Enrico Serafino (Alta Langa)
Founded in 1878, Enrico Serafino produces vintage-only, terroir-driven wines that honour the true spirit of Piemonte.
Every bottle reflects a philosophy of sustainability and precision, from hand harvested grapes to 100% renewable energy, eco-conscious packaging and pioneers of late disgorgement and extreme lees ageing.
Alta Alella (Cava)
Since 1991, Alta Alella has been crafting organic Cava on the 19th-century Can Genís estate in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park.
As a 100% integral producer, the winery handles every step of production on-site from vine to glass with no added sulphites and a firm commitment to vegan, organic, and sustainable practices. The winery uses sterilized bottles to reduce waste and names their Cavas after local birds.
Le Lude (Cap Classique)
Le Lude is a family-owned estate dedicated exclusively to crafting world-class Cap Classique. With a custom-built cellar designed solely for bottle-fermented sparkling wine, Le Lude blends French tradition with South African terroir.
The estate is the first in South Africa to produce Agrafe (Tirage Liège) Cap Classique, a method that uses a traditional cork closure during secondary fermentation.
